To mark the 60th anniversary of the Northumberland National Park a series of short videos were created looking at the landscape and the lives of the people who live and work in the National Park. Gefrin Trust Trustees Brian Cosgrove and Chris Jones set up the project along with intern Salsabilal Sakinah. Brian, along with his Media Apprentice Matthew Fenwick, assembled a student media crew from Ashington High School who completed all of the research, planning, filming, sound recording and interviews for the six videos. The short video from the series we present here is especially relevant to our website as it looks at the prehistory of the National Park.
